This amazing wall clock sets itself automatically to the exact time and date by receiving and decoding a low frequency radio transmission from the U.S. Atomic Clock operated by the N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology) located in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The U.S. Atomic Clock is accurate to 10 billionths of a second per day and measures time by counting Cesium atom oscillations.
The clock automatically adjusts for daylight savings time.
The daily calendar displays in day and date format. There is a moon phase display.
This fantastic clock also displays both indoor and outdoor temperatures in deg. C or F! The set includes a water resistant wireless temperature transmitter that is placed outdoors and transmits a radio signal to your indoor clock! Transmission frequency is 915 MHz for a range of 330 feet.
You can set the clock to display one of four languages - English, French, German or Spanish. You can also set an alarm with a snooze function. Wall hanging or free standing.
Beautiful aluminum (stainless steel look) finish.
